Our payroll processes are designed to ensure compliance with the ever changing legislation.  Our clients should have information available to them whenever they need and to support this, our clients have 24/7 access to their Payroll/HMRC Info/Reports and Payslips where they can find relevant, current and historical information ‘at a touch of a button’.  Our processes are designed to have the least possible impact on our client’s time – leaving them to do what they do best – grow their businesses.  All we ask is that you send your monthly salaries, weekly hours, starter/leaver details and any other relevant information and we take care of the rest, sending payslips to employees and reports showing Take Home Pay to be paid to employees.

Legislation introduced in 2012 advised that by 2017 every business in the UK should be operating a pension scheme with all relevant staff enrolled into it – Auto Enrolment.  If you don’t already offer your workers a workplace pension scheme, you must set one up.  As part of our payroll service we can provide assistance setting up your pension scheme, carry out on-going assessments and communicate directly with the pension provider with the necessary pension contribution breakdown and alert staff of any changes.
