Established over 30 years ago in 1984, Jenkins & Co accountants and tax consultants in Falkirk has since then been providing accountancy , tax and business sector and private clients in Scotland and beyond. 

Our qualified and experienced team can assist with all aspects of business administration from day to day record keeping through management reporting to statutory annual accounts and tax compliance work. Not only working with local businesses and private individuals but also with international clients.

Whilst we traditionally have a strong background in construction industry and allied trades, our expertise extends to all business sectors and all areas of business and personal tax.

We offer a free initial consultation, without commitment, and can offer fixed fee quotations for all areas of work. We adhere to an experienced, pro-active and professional approach to all our services, whilst being open, approachable and easy to talk to.

Company Director Graeme Minto manages our team of accountants in Falkirk, Stirlingshire who are qualified accountants and members of ACCA and ICPA.

After graduating from Stirling University, Graeme started his professional career by cutting his teeth in the advisory industry at his

father's Tax and Accountancy company Minto & Co.


Minto & Co was later merged into Fitzsimons & Co where Graeme undertook training with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland

and then struck out on his own joining Jenkins & Co as a partner.


In 1997 Graeme took ownership of the firm and has since led and driven the growth of the practice with an emphasis on quality services

and a passion for advising and supporting Scottish businesses as they look to achieve their goals in the local market and beyond.


Having a global view from a small Scottish town also has proven invaluable in providing private clients internationally as well as local

taxation advice.



Payroll Manager

Joining the company in 2007 from a Payroll/Finance background I was very much looking forward to being part of a client focused culture a small, local business provides.  My objective is to build on our friendly, professional, informative services and provide an excellent payroll service for our clients.

I am a qualified accountant with nearly 30 years of accountancy and taxation experience working in accountancy practices.  

Responsible for managing the accounts team and the initial point of contact for client queries relating to accounts and tax.

I strive to provide the best taxation and accountancy service to every one of Jenkins and Co’s clients.


Accounts Assistant

I joined Jenkins & Co in March 2020 just as the pandemic hit.  I have been working in accountancy practices for 12 years but have many years accounts and bookkeeping experience and have certificates for Quickbooks and Xero along with an SVQ for customer care. 


Accounts Assistant

I have worked for Jenkins and Co for nearly 30 years and have gained a wealth of experience in both accountancy and taxation over the years. My main areas of expertise are accounts preparation and VAT returns. I have a keen eye for detail and accuracy and enjoy a challenge.
